Hi Otthman and Jirek,

I am also experiencing a similar problem with the mesh lines. I applied the mesh lines on my boundary conditions to check if the mesh line fluxes will be the same with the boundary fluxes. As Jirka mentioned, it should be the same as they are computed in the same way.

The mesh line fluxes were not the same but close to the boundary fluxes. However, I got the opposite signs (+ in the boundary, - in the mesh line and vice versa). I tried setting the mesh line from left to right and from right to left but the signs did not change.

What could be the possible explanation for this? My concern is the groundwater discharge (which should be a positive value).
