Dual Permeability.Initial conditions. Concentration

Dear all,
I am using the dual-permeability (physical non-equilibrium) model to simulate solute dissipation. My solute is assumed to be non-reactive. A solute is initially presented in the top 2 cm of soil (soil column 230 cm). I already know how to specify the fracture of surface flux either to the matrix or to the fracture in the soil hydraulic model window. Could one please tell me if it is possible to specify the solute concentration initially only in the matrix so that there is no solute in the fracture? As I understand immobile concentration is related to adsorbed concentration, which is not my case, because of the reactivity of the solute.
Thanks in advance.
