calculation of water and elements fluxes

Dear Jirka,

I want to calculate water, Al, Si, and Fe fluxes in soil. We measured matric potential, soil water content, and soil temperature every 5 min in different soil depths. Also, we collected soil solutions with a suction plate in each soil depths every two weeks and analyzed them for soil elements. I'm using HYDRUS 1D to calculate them. Is it possible to use another way instead of the HYDRUS model to calculate water and elements fluxes?
Could you please kindly give your idea about it?

Many thanks for your response. I was quite sure that there isn’t any simple way, without using any software, in this case. However, this was a challenging question in my team and I wanted to use your idea as an important reference on this issue.
