Hi,
I was wondering if somebody knows what happens with the mass of a species that is not transport.
Imaging that I have only defined As(5) as a component in the transport part, and then after a batch calculation Phreeqc assumes that there is some redox part of As(5) that becomes As(3). What happens with this As(3), is it kept in the batch? and will be used in the next Phreeqc calculation?, or will it be removed, once the new solution is inputed in the batch?
Thank you
Dani

Re: Species not transported
Hi,
it remains in the memory of the solution definition in PHREEQC - after the next transport step, it will be in the solution.
