for determining soil hydraulic parameters using conc-time data by inverse approach

hello all,
i am currently trying to estimate the soil hydraulic parameters for an unknown material filled in a 5cm column with a flow from bottom to top (50ml/hr) of which i have the breakthrough curve (type 4 data). I was trying to get the parameters by inversion but the correlation matrix is 0 and R2 is also near to zero.
Any information regarding this would of great help.
