HP1 units and consistency with the hydrus model

Hi,

Looking at the various tutorials and examples, I noticed that units can differ between the hydrus flow model and HP1 when they are explicitly introduced in the HP1 module. In one of his post, Jirka mentioned that HP1 has the internal possibility to convert values. Does it mean that concentrations are converted between the hydraulic model and the HP1 module?
It may sound like a stupid question but I just want to be sure that I do not misinterpret the results.
