Model implementation in mobile app

Dear readers,

I am actually working on a Hydrus-1D model to estimate nitrogen availability in the soil to schedule side-dress fertilization in corn.
The final goal is to make this model running in background in a smartphone application to provide an easy interface to the farmer.
Currently I still don't know whether or not it is possible.

I would be glad if anybody of you would have knowledges or previous experience in implementing Hydrus on mobile apps and could give me a feedback about this idea.
