time points on OBS_NOD.OUT

Hi,

The length and values of the time output in the OBS_NOD.OUT file seems to change between two runs after changing only the transpiration values,
as I want to compare the two results, this poses a serious problem for me. Why is it happening and is there a way to overcome it?

Frankly, I do not see how this can be a serious problem. Anyway, the numerical solution likely required a different number of time steps when different boundary fluxes are specified. You should have noticed (when defining the project) that you do not have to print output at each time step and that you can select other printing options (depending on your needs). J.

Thanks for the Reply. It is a problem if I compare RMSE of nodal data between different runs, and every comparison is between different points in time.

But, I understand it is related to the model time steps, so I will word around it.

You can request output at constant time intervals or at preselected print times, rather than at each time step. J.
