bouncing flow in evaporation experiment in the middle of the sample

Hi,

I am simulating a evaporation experiment and I am printing the flow in the middle of the soil sample.
I don´t understand why this happens, I thought it should not.

Attached, the project files and image of the "problem".

You may want to lower the water content tolerance and disable the internal interpolation tables to get:
