Implementing Organic Matter/Carbon to estimate soil hydraulic parameters

Hi,

I am trying to estimate the hydraulic parameters of my soils. HYDRUS proposes to estimate those parameters using soil texture and bulk density.
However, my soils contain a lot of organic matter, 20% for some of them, which can influence Ks a lot.
Is there a way to implement the organic matter content in HYDRUS? If not, would it be possible to solve my problem differently? e.g. convert the organic matter content into additional clay content? Or calculate the parameters using another method?
