failed in calibration of HYDRUS-2D 64bit

dear all,
i have tried many times to callibrate soil hydarulic parameter using HYDRUS-2D 64 bit for direct seeded rice under sub-surface drip fertigation under conservation agriculture. i put feddes parameter as per singh et al (2003) and all data correctly. my soil is mostly sandyloam and loamy sand. i have taken 4 depth such as 0-5cm, 5-10 cm,10-15cm, 15-30cm. putting van ganchetan parameter as per soil texture of each layer, the regression coefficient was found unsatisfactorily. please tell me the range of alpha, n and Ks range for my above explained experiment

You can find average values of soil hydraulic parameters for different textural classes in the Soil Catalog, which is based on the paper of Carsel and Parrish (1988), as well as in the Pedotransfer Module Rosetta of Marcel Schaap. Both are incorporated into HYDRUS. Jirka

dear all,
1. in geometry, what will be the distance between two points.how to determine it for different crops.
2. in root distribution input file. what all the vertical and horizontal distribution parameter defines.

Dear all,
I have previous season data of soil water content of wheat irrigated by flood irrigation. now, I want to shift to drip irrigation system. how I will schedule the irrigation without any plant stress. when and how much will be the time and amount of irrigation?
