The Department of Soils, water and Agricultural Engineering at SQU announces an opportunity for scientific collaboration in the area of “numerical modeling of vadoze zone hydrology. In particular, we are looking to collaborate with a professional “HYDRUS 3D modeler”. The candidate will be invited to Oman for few days to discuss the conceptual models and for a technical meeting. The associated cost of the trip to Oman (Economy class ticket, accommodation, and transportation” will be covered by the project budget. After that, the candidate can work remotely from his home country. The remuneration would be around 2000 OMR (5190 US$). The candidate is expected to draft a technical manuscript of the results.
