Saturated zone only problem

Is it possible to 'turn off' unsaturated zone flow and look at saturated zone only flow problems?

There is no need to turn anything off. When the initial conditions are given in non-negative pressure heads and the boundary conditions do not cause unsaturated conditions, the problem to be solved will be fully saturated. See all those verification examples for solute transport (e.g., Test3 through Test6). J.
