Is it is possible to calculate the accumulated water content inside a structure (lysimeter for example) by Hydrus 2D/3D?

Many thanks

Hydrus uses the so-called “Subregions” to calculate the total water volume in different parts of the regions. First, you need to specify the “Number of Subregions” in the “Output Information” window, and then you need to define different subregions, which is a “Domain Property” (similarly as “Material Distribution”).
