Hi.. I am trying to simulate a field scenario of bacterial contamination through septic tank. I know the initial water content and the soil hydraulic properties. I also know the infiltration rate of the wastewater. so I am giving the constant flux boundary at the nodes where the water is entering and free drainage at the bottom. But when i see the result, the bacteria is spreading only laterally and not moving downwards. Also in spite of giving free drainage, the domain gets saturated in few hours. How else can i address this boundary condition.
