Dear Prof. Jirka,
I am sorry to disturb your vacation. Now I am simulating water under grass filed problem, and there are some questions to ask you.
I had set location of var. flux in the surface, but prompted ?°atmospheric boundary condition must be associated with the root water uptake???± I don??t known to solve it. That is to say, how to set the location of var. flux under the condition of planting.
Another problem was interruption itself when running process and operation did not complete.

When you have atmospheric BC, you need to associate a certain surface length (area) with this BC, since the atmospheric flux is then calculated as (Prec-Evap)*Length. The length (in 2D) or area (in 3D) should be specified in the Time-Variable Boundary Conditions dialog window.
