Hi sam,

I used Hydrus 1D with linux but using Wine 1.6 (please find link : https://www.winehq.org/). It's an alternative solution.

Since the flux is much lower than Ks (which is extremely high, on the order of 400 m/d), then it probably reflect your precision tolerance. You may want to reduce them. I hope that you are not entering water content in percentages, but as fractions (between 0 and 1). That would certainly be wrong. ...
