DREAM Suite is a software package for the Bayesian inference of numerical simulation problems. The program is based on the theory of Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulation and the DiffeRential Evolution Adaptive Metropolis (DREAM) method and has been developed in cooperation with Dr. Jasper Vrugt. It can be used for a wide range of applications, including science, engineering, medicine and economy. For example, DREAM Suite has been sucessfully used for inverse modeling (parameter estimation, data assimilation, model averaging, etc.).
The package includes more than twenty different examples illustrating the main capabilities and functionalities of DREAM Suite. These examples are available including source code, are easy to adapt and can serve as templates for other inference problems.
DREAM Suite engine (the calculation module), is available as C++ library or COM server and can also be used for the rapid development of standalone applications for Bayesian inference.
