HYDRUS Services - Conditions

Basic Conditions for HYDRUS Services

• For smaller projects (the total amount up to $5,000), the price is based according to actual time spent on the problem. The current rate is $75 per hour ($100 per hour for 24 hour service). For larger projects (over $5,000), the price is set for the entire project or for an agreed part of the project.

• Minimum contract is for 4 hours (i.e., for $300). Additional hours can be added as needed. New (unknown) customers have to prepay this initial contract of hours in advance using either wire transfer (preferred) or a credit card.

• Customer is kept informed regarding the status of his account, i.e., how much time has already been used and how much time remains.

• Communication is via e-mail and bigger files are transmitted via FTP.

• Programming services are provided directly by PC-Progress; miscellaneous consulting services (computation, problem formulation, etc.) can be offered also by external collaborators.
